We agree the brief
Site requirements and cleaning priorities are agreed with you before anything starts, so the specification is written around the building rather than assumed.
We recruit and allocate
Suitable workers are recruited and allocated according to the setting. An office, a communal block and a leisure venue each ask for something different.
We brief and supervise
Staff are briefed, supported and supervised by Cromwell Workforce, with one accountable partner for staffing, supervision, quality and communication.
We build in the controls
Health and safety, COSHH and risk controls are built into service delivery rather than bolted on afterwards or left to the client to police.

Tell us the premises, the areas to be covered and the hours that suit. For most contracts a free site assessment is the quickest way to scope it properly.

You get a written specification and a tailored quotation built around the actual requirement — the areas, the frequency, the access and the presentation standard.

We allocate and brief
Suitable workers are recruited and allocated to the setting, briefed on the site and its users, and covered by site-specific risk and COSHH assessments before the first shift.
